Soma in the City
These sessions can be for groups or individuals.
It takes the form of each person listening and responding to an audio, a 'somatic podcast' in the outdoors.
It enables a shifting creative relationship to our environment, encouraging heightened embodied senses and a moving creative self.
It is designed to enrich our enjoyment of urban space that we may habitually cut ourselves off from but can also be done in nature.
Korina acts as a guide and witness and encourages ongoing creativity and integration of the experience.
The development of this way of working came out of her MA in Dance and Somatic Well-being and she has continued to work with it with individuals and groups:
